Here is the notice regarding the emergency maintenance on Friday, July 19th.

On July 19, 2024, at approximately 13:35, a server anomaly was detected, and while we were investigating, the system failure worsened, making it necessary for us to carry out emergency maintenance.

In order to safely protect data, we utilize CrowdStrike's system, but it was confirmed that an error occurred within that company's system, causing a failure in the affected servers.

We apologize for not being able to provide sufficient advance notice due to the need for urgent investigation and response, resulting in the maintenance being carried out quickly.

Regardless of the reason, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to your gameplay, and with sincere apologies, we have prepared a compensation plan.

■ Maintenance Time

  • All servers: July 19, 14:00 ~ 21:00

■ Emergency Maintenance Compensation

  • The duration of the 4 types of Account Buffs and the Essential Package will be extended by 3 times the length of the emergency maintenance time.

    • ※ The extension will not exceed the maximum duration of the respective buff.

  • The Emergency Maintenance Compensation NPC will be applied.

    • NPC Name: Adelia [Payon]
    • Period: After the emergency maintenance on July 19, 2024 ~ until July 23, 2024 11:00
    • ※ If Adelia's workload becomes overloaded, she may step away briefly to rest, but will reappear shortly.
    • Effects: 1. Finest Course Meal and Challenge Drink effects (this buff lasts for 30 minutes and can be reused.) - 2. HP recovery 100%, SP recovery 100%
        1. Resets entry availability for some memorial dungeons (usable only once)
          • Existing dungeons: Poring Village, Memory of Orc Floor 1, Prontera Underground Waterway, Ant Hell Floor 1, Sunken Ship, Izlude Dungeon Floor 2, Odin Temple, Old Glast Heim, Faceworm Nest, Sarah's Memory, Thanatos Tower, Nighttime Arena, Infinite Space, Half Moon in the Daytime, Geffen Coin Magic Tournament, Palace of the Specter King, Tower of the Deity, Hidden Sanctuary, Investigation Team Search

    • Effects: Free of charge, allows unlimited resets of Skills & Stats.
