For stable use of the service, please be sure to check the details below.
■ Application Timing
- Schedule: During the regular maintenance on April 15
- Details: Operating systems below Windows 10 will no longer be available
■ Checking Your PC's Windows Version
Method ①
- Press the Windows key + Pause simultaneously
- Check 'Windows specifications' on the screen that appears
Method ②
- Right-click on the My Computer (or This PC) icon in File Explorer
- Click [Properties]
- Check the currently installed Windows version in the System Information window

- Windows 7
- Windows 10
Press the Windows key + i simultaneously > Click 'Update & Security' >>
- Click [Windows Update] from the left menu
- Click the [Check for Updates] button
This decision has been made due to internal stability and the application of client security measures. We kindly ask customers currently using an operating system below Windows 10 to refer to the announced schedule so that there is no inconvenience in using the service.
