Thank you very much for your great interest in Ragnarok Zero,

We would like to inform you of the precautions regarding the update anniversary promotion as follows.

■ EVENT 01. Experience Boost

  • The [World Tour Ticket] is given once per account per day.

  • The [Update Anniversary Box] is given only once per account.

  • The [Free Cash Voucher] can be obtained randomly when opening the [Update Anniversary Box].

  • The [Free Cash Voucher] will be verified based on holders as of March 1, 2018, and will be granted as free cash on March 5, 2018,

    [Free Cash Vouchers] obtained after March 2 will not be included in the distribution.

  • The [Guerrilla Login Event] is granted once upon logging in between 19:00 ~ 21:00 on February 24, 2018,

    If you are already logged in, you must log back in for the reward to be granted.

    (We are re-announcing this as the guerrilla event period has been changed to 19:00 ~ 21:00. We apologize for any inconvenience.)

■ EVENT 02. Dungeon Conquest Event

  • Memorial Dungeon Conquest Event rewards are granted per account.

  • You may win multiple events simultaneously.

  • The images of the provided prizes may differ slightly from the actual items.

■ EVENT 03. Level-Up Reward Event

  • The reward for first achieving Level 99 by class will be given to the first achiever in each of the 11 job classes (excluding Bard/Dancer) on each server.

    • ※ Knight, Crusader, Wizard, Sage, Hunter, Blacksmith, Alchemist, Assassin, Rogue, Priest, Monk

  • You may win multiple events simultaneously.

  • The images of the provided prizes may differ slightly from the actual items.

  • Level achievement rewards will be granted during the regular maintenance on March 21, 2018.

  • Rewards will be granted based on data at the time the event ends, and if a character is deleted before the event ends, it may be excluded from receiving rewards.

  • Prizes for achieving Level 80, Level 90, and Level 99 will be granted on an all-server basis. (Added 2/26)

  • Free cash for achieving Level 85 is granted only once per account. (Added 2/26)

■ EVENT 04. Level-Up Reward Event 2

  • The criteria for returning users are accounts with a character creation record between December 6, 2017 and December 26, 2017

    that have not logged in at all between December 27, 2017 and January 18, 2018.

  • Returning users will be given 1 [Ragnarok Adventure Pack].

    (This item is granted in coupon form, and will be delivered to your in-account coupon box.)

  • You may win multiple events simultaneously.

  • The [Ragnarok Adventure Pack] includes a 'Halter Lead (30 Days)' and '10 World Tour Tickets'.

  • New/returning character level achievement rewards will be checked as of 09:30 on each weekly regular maintenance day, and will be granted after 16:00 the following day.

  • The 2nd Job Change and Level 80 achievement reward (free cash) will be granted in a batch after the event ends.

  • Rewards will be granted based on data at the time the event ends, and if a character is deleted before the event ends, it may be excluded from receiving rewards.
