This is the Gravity Co., Ltd. Ragnarok Zero Operations Team.

Here is the notice regarding the temporary maintenance time and details for all servers on September 26 (Thu).

■ Maintenance Time

  • All Servers: 14:00 ~ ~16:00~ 15:00 (Completed)

■ Common Details

  • The issue where cards that should not be obtainable from the Mystical Card Album could be obtained will be fixed. (Fixed)

    • Card items obtained from the Mystical Card Album between the September 25, 2019 regular maintenance and this temporary maintenance will be fully retrieved.

    • Players who have had items retrieved will be compensated with 2 Mystical Card Albums.

  • A temporary maintenance compensation NPC will be applied.

    • Location: Please talk to the [Adelia NPC] in Payon.

    • Effects: 1. Finest Course Meal and Challenge Drink effects (These buffs last for 30 minutes and can be reused.)

      - 2. HP Recovery 100%, SP Recovery 100%

      - 3. Resets entry access for certain Memorial Dungeons (usable once only)

    • Details: This NPC will appear in-game for 24 hours after the compensation is applied, and will automatically disappear once the time has ended.
