Hello. This is the RO1 Studio Ragnarok Zero Team.
First, we apologize to our customers for the inconvenience caused by the update being postponed twice.
To explain the situation regarding the postponed update, the Zero Team has an internal development server, in addition to the live server that our customers enjoy, where data is applied and tested in advance before proceeding with an update.
After testing some of the update details, including Episode 1 Part.1, on this development server, if there are no issues, the update proceeds on the maintenance day. However, on the day of maintenance, during the final inspection process, an additional error with an unknown cause was discovered, separate from the issue that occurred and was fixed last week.
If we were to proceed with the patch as is without accurately identifying the cause of this error, it was determined that critical issues could occur for our customers' gameplay, so we would like to inform you that it was decided this update must be postponed again, unavoidably.
We sincerely bow our heads and apologize to all customers who may have been disappointed by this matter.
As the update has been postponed once again, we promise that all those responsible for Ragnarok Zero will thoroughly investigate the cause of this error to prevent the same issue from recurring, and we will inform you of the rescheduled patch date through a future notice.
Also, while it will be difficult to fully make up for the sense of loss our customers may have felt through compensation, we have prepared the following compensation plan as a token of our apology, so please check the details below.
