We would like to inform our customers regarding the Max Level Achievement Event.
As an event to support rapid character growth alongside the max level expansion on September 1st, the Level-Up Burning Camp, which included the Max Level Achievement Event as well as various other events such as increased experience rates and stat-related benefits, was run until the regular maintenance on September 29th.
However, during the event period in September, several experience-related issues occurred, including adjustments to monster experience in the Rachel field, level restrictions in the Ice Cave dungeon, and an issue that allowed repeated hunting of certain monsters.
As all of these issues were related to experience points, we determined that proceeding with the Max Level Achievement Event—conducted on a first-come-first-served/lottery basis—as originally planned could raise concerns about fairness in event participation. Therefore, we regret to inform you that the Max Level Achievement Event has been unavoidably cancelled, and we ask for your understanding.
We will exercise greater caution going forward, especially regarding experience-related matters, to ensure such issues do not occur again. As an apology for the cancellation of this event, the following compensation will be provided.

- Accounts sanctioned for abusing the feeding monster system are excluded from receiving rewards.
