Here is the notice regarding the regular maintenance on December 15 (Wed).

■ Maintenance Time

  • All Servers: 10:00 ~ ~18:00~ 17:20 (Completed)

※ During the maintenance period (10:00 ~ 13:00), GNJOY system maintenance will be conducted, so some services (login, web mall, cash charging) will be suspended.

■ Maintenance Details

  • The WINTER SEASON Beginner Promotion Event will be held.
    • Character Application Period: After the December 15, 2021 (Wed) regular maintenance ~ Before the January 19, 2022 (Wed) regular maintenance
    • After the regular maintenance, promotional character application is available once per account, and a Novice character including a Promotion Anniversary Box and Booster Pack will be granted.

▶ Please be sure to check!

  • Promotion-exclusive items including the Booster Pack will be collectively deleted at the first regular maintenance in March 2022.

    • Booster Packs, Job Change Support Boxes, Job Change Tickets, etc. are subject to deletion, but equipment will not be deleted. (Added 12/15 14:00)

  • Only 1 character can be applied for per account, so please be sure to check the account you are applying with in advance. (Cannot be canceled after application)

  • If there is no available character slot, or if no character has been created, the item will not be granted, so please check in advance.

  • The WINTER Promotion 4th Anniversary Event will be held.

    • Period: After the December 15, 2021 (Wed) regular maintenance ~ Before the January 19, 2022 (Wed) regular maintenance
    • Various events will be held, including increased refine rates, increased experience, and promotional character growth events.
      • Detailed event information can be found through the event post revealed during maintenance.

  • The maximum number of character slots that can be created will be expanded.

    • Before Maintenance: 15
    • After Maintenance: 16

  • 6 account-limited package items will go on sale. (Added 12/15 16:30)

    • Period: After the December 15, 2021 (Wed) regular maintenance ~ Before the January 19, 2022 (Wed) regular maintenance
    • List: WINTER Promotion Growth Support Pack I, WINTER Promotion Growth Support Pack II, WINTER Promotion Growth Support Pack III, Refine Achievement Support Pack I, Refine Achievement Support Pack II, Refine Achievement Support Pack III
    • The items will be re-listed on the Cash Shop at 00:00 on January 1, 2022 (Sat), and the purchase limit will be reset.

  • A system for enhancing into powerful Calamity equipment will be added.

    • Target Items: Calamity equipment with +9 refine or higher
    • Required Materials: Highly Concentrated Oridecon, Highly Concentrated Elunium, High Density Bradium, High Density Carnium, Zeny
    • Enhancement NPC: Hadad (moc_ruin 250 53)
      • Existing Calamity equipment can be enhanced into 'Powerful' Calamity equipment with significantly improved performance.
      • Enhanced Powerful Calamity equipment includes an additional +11 refine option.
      • Please note that during enhancement, equipped cards are retained, but random options are removed and the refine level is reduced by -2.

    • Each time you exchange for a Special Tool Box, you receive Tool Coins, which can be collected and exchanged for desired rewards.
      • Tool Coins will be deleted when the event ends, so please be sure to exchange them before the event ends.

  • The background effects and BGM of some city maps will be changed.

    • Snow will fall on some cities of the Midgard Continent (Prontera, Alberta, Geffen, Hugel, Izlude). Enjoy the snowflake BGM together and feel the warmth of the year-end with Ragnarok Zero.

  • Item descriptions for some Calamity equipment will be clarified.

    • Target Items: Calamity Lance, Calamity Mace
    • The shield set option description will include information about the 10% damage reduction effect against Holy element monsters.
      • The item performance remains the same; only the description is being changed.
