Shattering Strike

Skin Tempering LV 3, 
Hilt Binding LV 1,

Power-Thrust LV 3
Description: While in Shattering Strike state, attacking a player has a chance to destroy the player's weapon or armor,
and attacking a monster has a chance to decrease the monster's attack power or defense.
The higher the skill level, the higher the destruction chance.
Additionally, during the duration, the caster's damage is further increased,
and damage is further increased based on the caster's own LUK.

Description: Can only be used while in Cart Boost state. A skill that strikes down a single enemy with the cart,
consuming Zeny, with a certain chance to inflict [Status Ailment: Stun] on the target.
Damage increases according to skill level and is affected by the weight of the cart.
