  • The cross event can only be participated in until the survey period ends (12/24).
  • The cross event reward will be given if the following conditions are met: ① If you agreed to receive advertising information ② If you checked participation in the cross event (non-participation is not eligible for rewards) ③ If you accurately entered the Ragnarok Cross Event Participant Information ④ If you accurately entered the Requiem M Information
  • You will be excluded from receiving the event reward in the following cases: ① If the recipient account is deleted or the character is deleted before the reward is sent ② If the recipient account is sanctioned for violating operational policy before the reward is sent ③ If you participated using improper methods (e.g., using another person's information)
  • If the conditions are met, the coupon code LMS (text message) will be sent once per phone number to the entered mobile number.
  • If you fail to receive the coupon code LMS (text message) due to not agreeing to receive advertising information, entering an incorrect phone number, or entering incorrect information, we will be unable to assist with re-sending it.
  • Please check the LMS notification message for the number of times the cross event coupon can be used (once per account) and its usage period.
