- Log in to the Lounge with the Naver account you used to participate in the event
- Click the 'Inbox icon' (bell shape) at the top to check messages

- Event rewards are given only once per Naver account.
- Participation in multiple games is allowed, but rewards for each game are given only once per game.
Ex) If you win 'Ragnarok Zero Free Cash 3,000 won', you cannot also win the 'Requiem M Gift Box'
- Free Cash coupons and game coupons can only be used once per account.
- This event is separate from the [CBT Cross Event], so please be careful when participating.
- You may be excluded from the event in the following cases: ① If you withdraw your Lounge membership before rewards are distributed, you may be excluded from receiving rewards. ② Posts that violate operational policy will be excluded from event participation and may be deleted or sanctioned without notice. ③ Participation through abnormal methods (impersonation, posts not following the format, etc.) may result in exclusion. ④ Posts unrelated to the purpose of the event may be excluded from participation.
- Rewards are sent via the Lounge inbox, and you must agree to receive notifications in order to receive them.
- When using the Chzzk app, if a push alert occurs, '(Ad)' may be displayed in the title.
- We are unable to provide assistance if you fail to receive rewards due to not agreeing to receive notifications.
- The coupon usage period will also be displayed in the Naver Lounge inbox.
- If entered outside the coupon usage period, reward distribution will not be possible, and we regret that we are unable to provide separate assistance in such cases.
